Security of income and capital is our primary concern. This creates the basis for capital growth and wealth creation over the term of an investment. Investor returns are enhanced by borrowings undertaken by each Investment Trust. These are provided by major banks, on a strictly non-recourse basis. Peak investors have no liability to secured lenders, or for any obligations of the Trustee. The Company will generally only pursue assets that are securely let, providing a secure and immediate investment yield while supporting debt funding of the acquisition.
Off Market Opportunities
With many years of experience, a respected standing in the property funds management industry and having established strong relationships with agents, vendors and property professionals across the country, Peak Equities is able to gain access to off-market opportunities. Such opportunities can offer superior value when compared with on-market assets, but can require a shorter settlement, or for a prospective purchaser to have the expertise to sufficiently de-risk more complex investment structures, capabilities for which Peak is well known.
